However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange or refund subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility
• Returns/Exchanges are only applicable in case of a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as dislike of color, design, or minor variations (as colors may look slightly different due to screen settings).

2. Proof Required
• A clear parcel opening video is mandatory.
• The video must show the parcel being opened from the very start and clearly highlight the defect.

3. Process
• Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once verified by our team, either a replacement/exchange will be arranged, or a refund will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account.

4. Non-Eligibility
• Requests without a valid opening video.
• Products that appear to be used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
